Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term “Gift” is defined as:
1. $500 Travel Credits Powered by Expedia.
Customer must accept and redeem their Gift code at https://en-us.travelcredits.com/ no later than 11:59 PM ET, August 31, 2024.
1. Travel Credits will expire on 12/31/24, you will have up until that time to enjoy your credits.
Gift can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet, or desktop.
Limit of one (1) Gift per person, per email address.
Gift will require a credit card payment to redeem.
Full value of the gift may not be able to be applied in one transaction.
Customer will be responsible for any payments above the applied value of the gift.
Gift cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts and cannot be used towards gift card purchases.
Gift has no cash value.
For the purpose of this Gift, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, the Administrator, and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Gift Codes and will not issue or replace Gift in any of these events.
No credit, refund or extension for any unused Gifts will be provided.
Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace a Gift with another of equal or higher value.
The Administrator is located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY. 10013, or at such other address as the Administrator may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Administrator unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
No exchange of a Gift is permitted under any circumstance.
Administrator reserves the right to change or modify the Gift Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the gift.
Travel Credits will expire on 12/31/24, you will have up until that time to enjoy your credits.

  1. $500 Travel Credit gift cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts and cannot be used towards gift card purchases.
  2. Full Value of the Travel Credits may not be able to be applied in one transaction. Dependent on location, hotel, length of stay, and inventory.
  3. If the full value of the Travel Credits is not used in one transaction, Customer can continue to use the remaining balance of the Travel Credits until it is depleted.
  4. Pricing for hotel bookings rates are subject to change at any moment. Prices, rates, and availability are dependent on the hotel's discretion. Occasionally, hotel rates may differ and may be a lower rate for certain stays on other and similar travel booking sites, but these discounted rates may come with specific restrictions and conditions (i.e. related to cancellation and refunds). Pricing shown on travelcredits.com does not include additional discounts, sales, rebates, etc. the hotel or 3rd party supplier directly offers.
  5. The Travel Credits Site shows numerous hotel booking rates and strives to ensure the accuracy of the showcased prices. TLC retains the right to rectify any pricing inaccuracies on the Travel Credits site/platform. In the event of a clear error and if you've already made a booking, we will present you with the option to proceed with your booking by paying the correct price, or we will cancel your booking without any penalty. We are not obliged to provide the hotel booking rate to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after you've received a Confirmation number, if the error should have been reasonably noticeable to you.
